Last Updated: May 22, 2024
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Santiago Transfers website and booking our transport services to Valle Nevado, El Colorado, La Parva, or Farellones, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who utilize our Shared Transfers, Private Transfers, and Airport Transfers. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services or the mountain resort transport facilities provided.
2. Service Usage and Safety Requirements
Santiago Transfers provides professional transportation specifically tailored for steep, winding mountain roads. Users are granted a non-exclusive right to use our booking platform for personal travel arrangements. Due to the high-altitude nature of our destinations, safety is our primary concern. Our professional drivers are trained for chain-enforced conditions, and passengers must adhere to all safety protocols communicated during the journey.
- Passengers must provide accurate flight and arrival data for Airport Transfers; Santiago Transfers is not responsible for missed connections due to incorrect information provided by the user.
- The optional stop for ski clothing or equipment rental must be requested during the booking process and is subject to an additional fee as specified in the service description.
- Users are prohibited from interfering with the driver’s operation of the vehicle or failing to use seatbelts, especially during hazardous weather or chain-enforced mountain transit.
3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The services provided by Santiago Transfers are offered on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. While we employ expert drivers for mountain safety, we do not guarantee specific arrival times during extreme weather events, road closures, or mandatory police checkpoints. Santiago Transfers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from travel delays, ski resort closures, or mountain road conditions beyond our reasonable control.
4. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact Information
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes arising from these terms or our transfer services shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of Santiago, Chile.
Santiago Transfers reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in safety regulations or business operations. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For inquiries regarding our policies or your booking, please contact our support team through the official Santiago Transfers website.
