How do I find my driver at SCL?

Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall at Arturo Merino Benítez Airport holding a tablet with your name clearly displayed. We also provide their direct WhatsApp contact 24 hours prior to your arrival for seamless communication.

What happens if the road is closed?

Mountain roads to Valle Nevado and El Colorado can occasionally close due to severe weather. If authorities close the road, we will immediately contact you to reschedule your transfer or provide a full refund according to our weather guarantee policy.

Can we stop for ski rentals on the way?

Yes! We offer a convenient 'Rental Stop' add-on for private transfers. Your driver will stop at a trusted partner shop in Santiago or on the mountain road, allowing you to get fitted before heading up, saving you valuable time at the resort.
